Email help@fernatlas.com and include the product name and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, or confidential prompt content.

Subscriptions and accounts

Restore or manage an App Store subscription from Settings → Billing in Atlas Docs AI. Delete an account from Settings → Account & Legal. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
